(0, -3)(-1,-4)

slope = (-3+4)/(0+1) = 1 and b = -3
so y = 7x - 3
when x= -3 then
y = 1(-3) -3
y = -3 - 3
y = -6

answer
When x = -3, then y = -6

All you need to do is read the value of y that corresponds to x=-3
you will find that:
y= -6 at x= -3
