The answer should be the first one, 2. Do you need and explanation?
4x+y/2y-x
Start by replacing all of the variables.
4(2)+4/2(4)-2
Now work multiply.
8+4/8-2
Now add.
12/6
That is your fraction. But you must simplify it.
Its simplifies to 2.

=(8+4)/(8-2)
