Answer : Option B is correct.

Explanation :

Since we have given that

f(x) = x+1

and

g(x) =x

and when we divide f(x) with g(x) i.e.

(f(x))/(g(x))

And we know the division algorithm , i.e.

f(x)=g(x).q(x) +r(x),

Where q(x) represents quotient and r(s) denotes remainder

So, we write it in this manner ,

x+1=x.1+1\\\\\text{Remainder becomes 1}

Hence, Remainder = 1

So, Option B is correct.

1 is your remainder

hope this helps

0 + 1 = 1

so your answer is 1 1/x
