The Triangles are not congruent because 1) the angles are not congruent, and 2) The hypotenuse is not congruent either
Therefore, the triangles are not congruent.

The answer is not "not enough information", because as long as you have 3 pieces of the triangle, 2 sides, 1 angle; 2 angles, 1 side; etc. You will be able to find the answer

because the given angle in the 2 triangles are different, and the length of the hypotenuse is different, they are not congruent
