The reciprocal of a number (also called the multiplicative inverse) means 1/this number or (This number)^-1
So, to get the reciprocal of 7/2a, you need to divide 1 by this number as follows:
reciprocal = 1 / (7/2a) = 2a/7
The answer is : 2a/7
