PLZ HELP IM FAILING!!!!!! The linear equation y−3=4(x+5)y−3=4(x+5) y minus 3 equals . 4 open x plus 5 close is in what form.

Here, as in your previous post, you present the same equation several times in different forms. Don't do that. Present the equation once, exactly once. What you have input contains considerable unnecessary duplication which confuses you as well as me (at first).

y-3 = 4(x+5) is "the equation of a straight line in point-slope form." That's it.
