Ratio basically means half of the diameter. EX: The Diameter is 12 , the ratio would be 6. Or ratio could just mean what to what. EX: Say theres a classroom w/ 11 boys and 8 girls the ratio would be 11:8 or 11|8 or 11 to 8

well a ratio is a fraction but with a colon so 7/12 would be 7:12
