N a few sentences, describe a few reasons why teens may not practice sexual abstinence.

Peer pressure
Weren't educated on the consequences
Just don't wanna and are horny goats haha

This could be because of peer pressure. Peer pressure is a huge reason. Or, it could be because they just flat out don't want to. Those are the only reasons I can come up with, because rape wouldn't be considered not practicing sexual abstinence on both parts. Just the predator is not practicing it.
