point slope form is

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

replace the y1 with the y point, the x with the x point, and m with the slope

y - (-1) = 9 (x - (-5) )

now simplify

y + 1 = 9 (x + 5)

if you need slope intercept, just simplify more

distribute the 9 to the x and 5

y + 1 = 9x + 45

and subtract the 1 from both sides

y = 9x + 44
