What was Andrew Jackson's policy towards Indians?

He did not like the indians at all. He created the Indian removal act (1830).The law authorized the president to negotiate with southern Indian tribes for their removal to federal territory west of the Mississippi River in exchange for their lands. All indians moved west.

He disliked them so much he kicked them out of their homes and sent them to Oklahoma I think and many died, it was the TrailĀ  of Tears
