Pros :: Many homeowners and renters in suburbs find it easier to obtain insurance in case of an accident or robbery.
There are far fewer car accidents in the suburbs than in the city. This also contributes to lower auto insurance costs.

Cons::Bad public transportation
a longer commute to working having to wake early etc.
