A lack of enforceable property rights would discourage you from maintaining your car in good condition. which factors contribute to this situation?

The factors that contributed to that situation would include:
-maintaining a car itself costs time, money and effort because you would have to make sure the car is in good condition to continue its efficiency.
-if one has a poorly maintained car, its value lessens thus not being profitable enough in case one might need to sell it

The factors are:
- A poorly maintained car is less valuable. Which means when the car started to depreciate, it is faster to just sell it rather than maintaining it.
- Maintaining a car costs time, money, and effort, and many of the people only used cars for special vacations because going to work through public transportation is much more efficient.
