Under the uniform limited liability company Act, on the death of two members THE OTHER MEMBERS MAY CONTINUE TO CARRY ON THE LIMITED LIABILITY BUSINESS UNLESS THE OPERATING AGREEMENT PROVIDES OTHERWISE.
The death of members does not leads to the dissolution of a limited liability company except it is part of the company agreement that the business will be dissolve if a member die.
