The answer is D, because it takes four bricks to build 1/2 of wall, so 8 bricks for 1 ft. times 8 by 4 and get 32 for four feet. Add 4 more to get 4 1/2 feet.

It will be "D" because 1/8 you need to make to be 1 so, you will multiply it by 8 and 8*4.5 will be 36.
