The answer to this is: the early symptoms of HIV is the person has a flu- like symptoms , such as fever, headache, and rash. In the acute stage of infection, HIV multiplies rapidly and spreads throughout the body. The virus attacks and destroys the infection-fighting CD4 cells of the immune system.

Answer:

The first symptoms that may occur due to the presence of HIV are:

- Headache

- Fever

- Swollen glands

- Fatigue

- Muscle pain

- Joint pain

These initial symptoms presented by the patient will contribute to the dissemination of the disease according to the behavior of his immune system, if a person has good defenses he will see a better control of the disease, while if the person has Low defenses run the risk, that the diseases that the person have previously presented, are reactivated, producing opportunistic germ diseases.
