The last options are the most dangerous primary morbidities of this type of eating disorder (Bulimia Nervosa). Because you are inducing emesis before your body has time to absorb the foods minerals you run the risk of actual malnutrition via lack of calories and important Vitamins and minerals. Additionally electrolytes may also become deficient which can result in much more dangerous situations involving cardiac rhythms (as they maintain the electrical system of the heart). Lastly you can induce kidney failure and dehydration due to the messing with the fluid and electrolyte balances responsible for mantsining the persons fluid level.
