I'm assuming you are referring to the delegates of the Constitutional Convention. I believe most of them believed Government should have central government, balanced powers, and every belief in the Declaration of Independence (which I already listed for you a while back). Each state has a Delegate. Alexander Hamilton of New York was one of them (he'll be significant in history with him trying to fund national debt later on). John Blair of Virginia, Pierce Butler of South Carolina, and Abraham Baldwin of Georgia are 3 other ones. So those are four delegates that participated in this convention.
