To write this equation in standard form, first add negative 3/5x to both sides.
We get:

(3)/(5) x+y=-2
Since the question asks us for integers, we can simplify 3/5 to 0.6.
Our final answer is 0.6x + y = -2. Hope this helps and have a nice day!
