Hi !!

I took my dictionary , but in fact the french adjectives with a "k" are alike to come from a foreign language

Kafkaïen = absurd, ....it's more about a situation, but it may be said, I think, for a,person C'est une personne vraiment kafkaïenne....
Kamikaze
Junkie
Kitsch = campy
Khâgneux = someone who study Khâgne . As an adjective, it may be also pejorative....
Kakou = self sufficient (it's slang; used by young people)
Kiffant(e) = elle est kiffante = she is amazing, funny .....used by young people

Where the person comes from as Italian, French (don't know if it works to describe a person : he is English.....)
Khmer
Kurde
Koweïtien
Kényan
Kirghiz
Kazakhstanais

I really did my best !!!!!!

hope it helps !!!
