Answer: Circumference = 25.1 meters.

Area = 50.2 square meter.

Explanation:

The circumference of a circle is given by :-

C=2\pi r

Area of circle is given by :-

A=\pi r^2, where r is the radius.

Given : Radius = 4 meters

Then circumference of the circle will be :-

C=2(3.14) (4)=25.12\approx25.1\text{ meters}

Area of circle is given by :-

A=(3.14)(4)^2=50.24\approx50.2\text{ meters}^2
