According to the given data, in order to calculate the value of f(g(3)) we would have to make the following calculation:

We can can check according to the graph that f(g(3)=7

Therefore the value of f(g(3)=7

We have to graphs here, the graph of y=f(x), and the graph of y=g(x).

To calculate first g(3)=1, you need to check in the graph when X is equal to 3. When x is equal to 3, the function is equal to 1.
