There are four types of utility marketing: time utility, possession utility, form utility and place utility. These four utilities are also referred as the components of utility marketing model.
In the above question, the Seamstress is providing a "Form Utility" to their customers because the customer has purchased lace, satin, tulle and pearl separately which is combined by the Seamstress to prepare a final product. Thus, the customer sees the final product where all the parts purchased were incorporated.
