Which clinical manifestation occurs in a client with vasopressin deficiency?

It occurs polyuria. Polyuria is, in other words, to urinate a lot, abnormally. If the patient drinks enough water to compensate the loss of it by urination, then the outcome is not as severe. If the patient does not take enough water, dehydration and hypernatremia take place and blood pressure increases and several other complications.
