-10=10(k-9)
1 step: Distributive Property
2nd step: Addition Property of Equality or added 90 to both sides
3rd step: Division Property of equality or divided by 10 on both sides.
k=8

-10=10k-90
add 90 on both sides that would be
80=10k
divide by 10
8=k or k=8
