Tabitha's hiking distance in july was 2 1/6 She write the distance as 2/16 miles. What error did she make?

The error Tabitha made was adding 2 into the fraction without making it an improper fraction. Since she put it as 2/16 that is equivalent to 0.125 miles, when she really hiked 2 1/6 (2.166666...)
