The answer is 0.66, or 2/3. Graph the line, and then use a protractor to create a line perpendicular to the line. Then, calculate the slope of the line.

find the slope of the line given:

y = mx+b

y = -3x/2 -7/2

slope = -3/2

the slope of the perpendicular line is the negative reciprocal

so answer is 2/3
