Read the following situation. Leo is a high school sophomore who works at the concession stand at a ballpark. He hopes that before graduating, he can become a shift manager. He also plans to go to college, but he is afraid his goals of doing well at both school and work will conflict. Which statement is most accurate?

The statement is: "Leo is facing the dilemma to choose between pursuing higher education and growing professionally in the organization he works for."

By taking the two options, he will probably have to divide his efforts, as his energy and time are limited resources. This could lead to the outcome of him having deficient results in any of the two options. On the other hand, if h decides to pick only one, he has to determine which option has the lowest cost of opportunity. In other words, which option represents the most benefit at the expense of the other.
