I am talented at writing.
I am talented at sports.
I am talented at playing music.

Just like in Math, the words " I am talented at" are parallel when lined up. One sentence becomes three. But since this question asks you to revise the sentence you will put everything in one sentence:

Here is your answer:

I am talented at writing, I am talented at sports, and I am talented at playing music.

Answer:

I would rewrite it in the following way: I am talented at writing, at practising sports, and at playing music.

Step-by-step explanation:

Parallel structure, also called parallelism, is the repetition of a chosen grammatical structure within a sentence. By making each compared item follow the same structure, you create a parallel construction. In the revised version of the sentence, each of the PPs is followed by a gerund (at writing, at practising, at playing).
