For 1 rack of buns it takes 5 mins, Therefore you multiply both the number of buns and minutes it take to make 1 rack. 1*36 and 5*36.
Your answer would be 180 mins to make 36 racks of buns

Set up the equation of two ratios:
3 racks 36 racks
----------- = --------------
15 min x
Solve this for x: 3x =540; x = 180 minutes, or 3 hours
