I am not able to give the inequality symbol. I will be typing it as '>' only. I hope you will understand that it is greater than or equal to sign.
-9x - 6 ≥ -3x + 12
-9x + 3x ≥ 12 + 6
-6x ≥ 18
-x ≥ 3
x ≤-3
x + 3 ≤ 0
Range - ( -∞, 3]
Hope This Helps You!
