How can you interpret the independent or conditional probability of two events

well maybe I can help a bit. lets say u wanna know the probability u would roll a 4 with one dice right. So you know a dice has 6 sides so the probability of u rolling a 4 is 1/6. hope I helped more that the last dude XD
