2.30 + 0.40(x - 1) < = 5.10
2.30 + 0.40x - 0.40 < = 5.10
1.90 + 0.40x < = 5.10
0.40x < = 5.10 - 1.90
0.40x < = 3.20
x < = 3.20 / 0.40
x < = 8 <=== 8 pages, at the most, can be faxed
