Magnesium level of >1.05mmol/liter will be called hypermagnesemia. In this case, the magnesium level is too high and need to be decreased. There are some drugs that can be used to lower the magnesium level such as calcium gluconate or furosemide. Dialysis could also lower the ion concentration but it will need some device and mostly used for a patient with kidney failure.
