I believe the most difficult thing in trying to understand someone’s culture is the misinterpretation of things that are considered beautiful in other walks of life. For example, a great amount of people believe that culture that isn’t westernized is primitive and aesthetically unappealing.

Not understanding language, ethic/manners, symbolism, political stands and worldly view points, Holidays/important times and dates, and many things!
