-y = 3/2x + 4

To get the slope and y-intercept, your equation first needs to be in the slope-intercept form, y=mx+b.

All you have to do is get rid of the -1 in front of y. Do this by dividing both sides by -1.

y = -3/2x - 4

slope = -3/2
y-intercept = -4
