Assuming X3 means x cubed, x3/x equals x squared, with the restriction that x cannot equal 0

Hello There!
It would be x².
The question is x³/x.
X with no power is x to the power of one.
When dividing powers you subtract them.
3 - 1 = 2,
Therefore, making your answer x²
