Too bad you didn't include Sandra in the Terrance and Jesse problem (with which I have just finished helping you).
Sandra's rate is (8 miles) / (0.75 hour), or (8 / 0.75) mph, or 32/3 mph, or 10 2/3 mph. Wow! She's fast!
