What is considered deviant in one culture may not be considered deviant in another culture because?

Answer:

In America, it is extremely common for women, especially in their late teens and twenties, to wear revealing clothing. Things like crop tops and miniskirts can be found at almost every clothing store, and it’s accepted. Although, in Saudi Arabia, it’s illegal for women to show even an inch of bare skin. I don’t think women showing skin should be considered deviant because women should be able to dress however they like.

What is considered deviant in one culture may not be considered deviant in another culture because each culture has a different set of social norms. A deviance or absence of conformity to these norms can be committed in one society but the particular norm maybe normal for another society.
