1) u can do it anonymously 2) if ur depressed u need to get help so it doesn't lead to suicide. and if you are not happy you need to know 3)well if u are not aware of how you are affecting someone ask them, if you want to, do u want to etc.and idk last 2

Being aware of our own feelings can help us relate to other people, know what we want, and make choices.For example, you might be irritated, annoyed, mad, angry, etc.

to express feelings, try talking it out, writing it out, or be by yourself and let everything out.

Negative Way: Your negative feelings are far out of proportion to the event that triggered your bad mood.

Healthier Way: Your negative feelings are an appropriate reaction to an upsetting event
