Your high school is proposing moving to a system in which grades are no longer given or used to evaluate student progress.

Define the following concept and state how it might either positively or negatively change student behavior under such a system.

Positively: it could stop kids from comparing each other’s grades and may raise self-esteem.

Negatively: there is no way to track grades and kids may not care. Also, many high schools do not use this system so there would be many complications when trying to compare districts.
