1 ft = 12 inches
so 3 ft = 12 * 3 = 36 inches (length)
and 2 ft = 2 * 12 = 24 inches (width)
A = L * W
A = 36 * 24
A = 864 square inches <==

Substitute values in:
Area = 3 x 2
Solve:
Area = 6ft².
Convert to Square inches:

Hope This Helps You!
