Nucleus - This is where DNA is stored and can be described as “the control center“ of the cell.

Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (Smooth ER) - This organelle conducts lipid synthesis and ships it to the Golgi Body

Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum (Rough ER) - This organelle conducts protein synthesis and it to the Golgi Body

Golgi Body - This organelle modifies the products that come out of the ER into a final product to be transported off to where it is needed

Mitochondria - This organelle goes through biological processes to convert glucose into ATP

Ribosome - This organelle helps the Rough ER conduct protein synthesis using RNA sent from the nucleus
