You want to ask questions about the company and how it will benefit you. Be polite and hopefully you will get the job. You can ask about vacation days and hours worked also

Asking questions about how it started, it's mission/purpose, how long it has been in business, and questions like these will give you more information about what are getting yourself into and will show them that you really want the job.
