The definition of a function is where each input has a single output, and since x=3 has more than one output A is correct (and B is not correct)

For C, since x=3 (where 3=y) accurately describes the graph, this is correct (also since it's an equation)

D is correct since the domain is the possibilities of the x values and 3 is the only one that can fulfill it
