Just because something seem like it's a good thing doesn't mean it is, just because you think something doesn't mean everyone else does. The last option is also incorrect because it puts the ownership on the company to teach the employee, not the employee to learn. The first sentence is best because it shows confidence in Amir's ability to be a good fit for the company and makes him the person who is taking responsibility for his growth and development.
