You have to determine the volume of a sphere with a radius of 6in, using π=3.14

To calculate the volume of a sphere you have to calculate 4/3 of the product of pi and the cube of the radius, following the formula:

V=(4)/(3)\pi r^3

Replace the length of the radius on the formula and solve:

\begin{gathered} V=(4)/(3)\cdot3.14\cdot6^3 \\ V=(4)/(3)\cdot3.14\cdot216 \\ V=904.32in^3 \end{gathered}

The volume of the sphere is 904.32 cubic inches.
