I believe the answer is red, they have the longest wavelength, and energy.

Violet has the highest energy (aka frequency) of all visible light. It is just below ultraviolet (UV) which is invisible.
Frequency is indirectly proportional to wavelength, so higher the energy lowest the wavelength.
