The greatest possible value of one of these integers occurs when the other 9 values are the least possible value, which is 1.

When the other 9 integers are 1, the sum of these is 9, then the tenth integer will be the difference between 22 and 9:

22-9=13

It means that the greatest possible value of one of the integers is 13.

The correct answer is B.
