midpoint formula (x1 + x2) / 2, (y1 + y2)/2
(-2,2)...x1 = -2 and y1 = 2
(3,-1)...x2 = 3 and y2 = -1
now we sub
m = (-2 + 3) / 2 , (2 - 1) / 2
m = (1/2, 1/2) <===
