4 + 3/5(15+2x) = 25 Distribute the 3/5 to 15 and 2x
4 + 9 + 1.2x = 25 Add 4 and 9
13 + 1.2x = 25 Subtract on both sides
1.2x = 12 Divide
x - 10

4 + 3/5(15 + 2x) = 25
4 + 0.6(15 + 2x) = 25
4 + 9 + 1.2x = 25
13 + 1.2x = 25
1.2x = 12
x = 10

I hope this helps!
